I can help people who are willing to start their journey. For you that might mean you’re ready to deal with anxiety, ready to boost your confidence, or ready to improve your sporting performance. If you are ready to fully engage in the process, to dedicate some time to nurturing yourself and embrace the new skills I teach you, the benefits will begin to grow and then magnify as each day passes. Ultimately, they will become part of who you want to be.

In my early thirties I was overweight and unfit. I often holidayed in the Scottish mountains. I admired their beauty. But the tallest mountain had a reputation as being difficult to climb. It always intrigued me and I was drawn to it. But in my mind, getting to the top was impossible. This was until one exceptionally fine day. The friend I was with said to me “Why do you have to get to the top? Why don’t we take one step at a time and see how far we want to go?” I had become so fixated on what I thought was a unobtainable goal that I had forgotten about enjoying the journey. Each step we took on that day was an achievement of a goal, albeit a smaller version of the one I had always wanted to achieve. After what seemed no time at all we reached the summit and I enjoyed a view that I thought I would never see.

Breaking down what we perceive to be a mountainous problem, and approaching it instead step-by-step, makes reaching your ultimate goal far more achievable.
