“Empowering others to get where they want to be is what drives me.”

All my working life has been with people. I continue to run my artisan bakery business as well as my Hypnotherapy work. In both roles I am always supporting my staff or clients to find their own way to become empowered.

Like all of us I have suffered challenging periods through my life, and it was during one of these that I attended a one-day self-hypnosis workshop led by Adam Eason. It was fun, full of knowledge and above all, empowering. I quickly used some of the skills I learnt and applied them to my life. Instead of problems happening to me I was able to see them as just a situation I had created into a problem. I was empowered.

Within a few months of this initial workshop I signed up to study the hypnotherapist practitioner diploma and after two years of study qualified as clinical hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner.

I now use my new skills to work with others and to aid my own life in the sports that I play, the phobias I had and to maintain my own level of personal empowerment.
